A fine arts piece! The intricate detailing in this piece of fabric is exceptional. The Yuzen method of hand dying the silk in layers and stages has been used. Additionally there is fine hand painting for detailing sections which have been showcased in gold.

Main colour is a cobalt blue with ivory, pale pink, grey with a burnt orange. Fine gold is used to outline detail of the art work.

The base silk fabric pattern, has geometric lines with a blossom motif. This adds another dimension to the abstract pattern in the forefront.
